The OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home has an interdisciplinary team that includes our medical director and assistant medical director, registered nurses (RNs), social workers, pastoral care, bereavement team, certified nursing aides (CNAs), and volunteers. These team members work together with the patient and their family to make sure the patient's goals of care are met.
